We all want to be a better version of ourselves. We just don’t always know how to go about making that a reality. After many years of observation, study, and practice, I have figured out a few ways to be a better you. Here they are:
Read at least 30 minutes a day.
Journal your thoughts, observations, and ideas daily.
List the things you’re grateful for. Repeat.
Do the one thing you’ve been avoiding.
Eat mindfully without your phone or television.
